FAVOURITE BEATLE

“It’s like this: you’re either a dog person, or a cat person.”

“So McCartney’s a dog, and Lennon’s a cat?”

“Yep.”

“That makes sense. But what does that make Ringo and George?”

“George is a kitten.”

“But kittens grow into cats…”

“… a permanent kitten. And Ringo……?”

“… yeah?”

“He’s one of those horrible hairless Sphynx cats that no one likes.”

I’m a George gal that leans slightly to John, if that matters.

I’m Macca/dog through and through, Sara. Although this was a drunken conversation, it made absolute sense to me.

Ah, poor Ringo. He did give me one of the biggest laughs of 2009 with this video, though….

  3. I know! Oh the arrogance.

Yes, poor Ringo. Although, I do have a friend from high school who preferred Ringo, with John being a close second. Not sure what that says about her…. ;)

I’d consider this the other way around. McCartney is a cat – cautious, self-serving, a survivor. Lennon the canine – emotionally upfront, brash and faithful…and if you’ve listened to Life with the Lions you’ll know he enjoys licking his own balls.

Haha :) This conversation sprung from the fact that I much prefer dogs to cats, Peter, but I take your point!
